The rooftop pool was charming, a true haven. i loved the amazing views. They gifted such peace after long days. the breakfast was good, a sweet way to start our mornings. the staff showed great politeness. They were a joy.

Our executive room balcony had some issues. the balcony was very dirty. It felt neglected. the air conditioning in the corridor on the 5th floor was absent. This was not ideal.

the room was spacious enough. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices.

i was quite disappointed that the room cleaning was not thorough. it seemed rushed, and the top of the desk remained dusty . the hotel advertised a city center location, but it required a daily taxi ride to reach major attractions (which added to the cost). the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, limiting our ability to explore freely after dark.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenient location near public transport, about a ten-minute walk (this made getting around quite easy). I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area. It was a welcome respite after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the hours were convenient.

i found the breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff were helpful. the reception staff were also very accommodating. it was nice that they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

the rooms are very small and outdated. our toilet was not clean. the wifi did not work at all , even after asking. i think the hotel needs an update.

Breakfast was really good, and the service met all my expectations. Dinner at the pool was AMAZING!!! The food was really great. The view from the seventh floor was fine.

The room I booked wasn't exactly what I saw online. I booked and paid for a specific room type. The front desk gave me something else upon arrival.

maria's dedication in guest services stood out to me. her warmth. the bartenders at the rooftop bar were very hardworking and kind. the cleaner's daily arrangements with our penguin soft toys were such a delight!
